Who we are....
Mycologics was founded in 2003 as a subsidiary of Procare Beheer BV (est.1989) Mycologics has been the raw material production and sterilisation company for Procare Mushrooms and Procare Handelsmaatschappij BV. After the ban on Mushrooms on December 1st 2008, Procare mushrooms and Procare handelsmaatschappij seized their existence. Mycologics went on, on its own under the Management of the brothers Ali and Murat Kucuksen. For more than 12.000 registered and returning customers worldwide, Mycologics is still the trusted and reliable company.
How can I place an order?
There are different ways to place an order at Mycologics. The easiest way is throughout registering in our web shop and order online. You will get right in the system and as soon as your payment is received, your order will ship. You can also place an order by fax or e-mail. Please do not forget to include your contact information and your preferred payment method.
If you are not able to place an order online you can download an order formand mail, fax or e-mail it to us.
What is the order procedure?
After you've placed an order online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately. If you place an order by fax, e-mail or regular mail, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within one or two days. The confirmation you receive contains a unique order code which you can use to check the status of your order at any time.
How do I pay for my order?
At the moment it is only possible to pay by bank transfer. You can find the bank details at the “contact” section on this page. In the EU it is also possible to pay cash on delivery (COD).
How long does it take after payment to receive my package?
Normally we ship on Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday, meaning that as soon as we receive your payment, we'll ship your package. If we receive your payment on Thursday, it depends whether you live in a big city or in a remote area of your country. Large cities will be shipped on Thursday but the smaller places and remote area will be shipped on the next Monday. UPS delivers your package within 24 hours, or in 48 hours for remote areas.
How is it packed?
all orders are packed in discrete, neutral packages and the documents are enclosed.
Growkits are shipped as sterile substrate bags.
Truffles are described as “fresh cultivated truffles”
Is it Legal in my country?
In the Netherlands it's legal. It should be legal in other countries as well. In most countries the mushrooms are illegal. Truffles however are technically spoken not mushrooms.
We ship regularly to all EU countries and never had problems what so ever. If you want to be sure: check your local authorities. By ordering you agree on our terms of delivery. It is possible that consumption is prohibited. In that case we ship it for microscopic purposes.
