All products we offer on our website are 100% legal in The Netherlands. Therefore Mycologics ships her products worldwide. However some products we offer might be illegal in your country. It is not possible for us to know all legislation in every country. Till now shipping within the EU, UK, Turkey and Eastern Europe countries never caused any problems by customs what so ever.
We ship all our packages by registered mail. Large packages are delivered by a reliable global carrier. Delivery times vary per country, indicative delivery times are:
3-6 workdays : Germany, Belgium, France, United Kingdom, Sweden, Finland, Norway
4-6 workdays : Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia
4-7 workdays : Greece, Romania, Bulgaria
6+ workdays : Turkey, USA, Canada

We ship our packages on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. This is to make sure your package will not spend the weekend in an unconditioned storage depot. When we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number by email, so you can see the whereabouts of your packages and expected delivery time anytime.
Please take into account, it will also take a few days before we receive your payment, by banktransfer or by sending cash in an envelope. Therefore the time between ordering on our website and receiving the order at your door can be more than a week,
Important: please make sure you give us the exact right address including building nr. and/or name as well as apartment numbers, door codes etc….. otherwise we will receive a message from ups and we will have to contact you. This takes a lot of time and may cause delays up to several days it helps if you provide a correct Telephone number….
All packages are discretely packed without company and/or brandnames, only your name and address and a return address on the outside of the package.
For payments, we prefer to receive Euros. We also accept English Pounds (GBP), US dollar (USD) and Turkish Lira (TRY), but we do charge a foreign currency fee for orders paid with cash money. This is for the simple reason that we have to exchange your money into Euros ourselves. The amount of the fee is about the same as any normal bank would charge you for exchanging currency.

If you send us cash in an envelope, please send it with registered/traceable mail. We are not responsible for loss of your payment before it reaches us.

For this payment option, we apply the foreign currency fee as described above. We only accept the currencies that are displayed on our website. This also means we do not accepts Pounds other than English Pounds from the bank of England. We do not accept Pounds from the Bank of Scotland (RBS) or the Clydesdale Bank. Nor do we accept Irish pounds. As for dollars, we only accept American Dollars (USD), we do not accept Canadian Dollars. If we do receive those type of currencies, we will contact you and ask you to pay with the correct currency. We will return your non-valid payment with your order. We will not return the non-valid payment without the order itself, as it will costs us shipping costs to return it.
We do not like receiving coins, as we can't exchange them either. We appreciate payments being rounded off to the smallest banknote, without coins in the envelope. For example, if your order value is $64.38 dollar, you may round it off to $64,-.
