All products we offer on our website are 100% legal in The Netherlands. Therefore Mycologics Ships her products worldwide except the USA and Australia. However some products we offer might be illegal in your country It is not possible for us to know all legislation in every country. Till now shipping within the EU, UK, Switzerland, Turkey and Eastern Europe countries never caused any problems by customs what so ever. All packages make it to their final destination.

All shipments (domestic as well as worldwide) are carried out by United Parcel Service (UPS) fore more information about their conditions and terms please visit www.ups.com. Lead times are 24 -48 hours for most countries. Cash on delivery orders will usually be shipped within one business day. Other orders will be shipped within one business day after we have received the payment, provided that all products are in stock.
 
Important: please make sure you give us the exact right address including building nr. and/or name as well as apartment numbers, door codes etc….. otherwise we will receive a message from ups and we will have to contact you. This takes a lot of time and may cause delays up to several days it helps if you provide a correct Telephone number….
 
Discrete packing
All packages are discretely packed without company and/or brandnames, only your name and address and a return address on the outside of the package.

For payments, only Euros are accepted the other currencies on our web shop are solely for indicative and informative purposes.

Cash on delivery:
You pay the courier when your package is delivered. Please note that the extra costs for this option are € 11,90. Please make sure you have the funds to pay. A second attempt may be made next day but there may be extra costs involved which make your purchase unnecessary expensive
