We will do everyting in our power to get all your packages safely to your doorstep but please note that when choosing Regular mail (without a tracking number) we will have no information about the location of your package. This means you are not entitled to a refund or reshipping in any case.

US is shipped with PostNL registered mail.

We use courier services for the shipment of our products. Within the Netherlands, all our products are sent by registered mail.

Shipping abroad

Orders placed on business days before 16:00 will be shipped the same day (as soon as we've received the payment). Delivery times underneath are merely estimating, no rights can be derived from it.

3-6 working days: Germany, Belgium, France, United Kingdom
4-6 days: Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia
4-7 working days: Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey

Directly following reception of your parcel, please check if your order is complete and undamaged. When this is not the case, please get in touch with our customer service as soon as possible.
